Full AVA Suite To All Properties

This article pertains to Sept 1, 2022, Full Suite Launch

What Does This Mean?: In September, we will be turning on all products to all properties we work with. This means residents from your properties will have the ability to set up renters insurance, movers, home security, and more (based on availability)

What Is Your Job In This Rollout?

1. You will visit each property in your portfolio and roll out the additional services we can offer their residents.
2. Once you have rolled this out, you will let the back office know during your Salesforce Maps check-in and any modifications for each property.
   1. For example, for a property that does not want us offering renters insurance or other products, you will notate in your SF Maps check-in
3. Once you have rolled out AVA full suite to the property staff, Cadence will make the changes to the price book the following day so residents at that property can begin shopping for multiple products. 
4. By the end of September, your goal is to speak to every property in your module about the changes to our offering

• Renters Insurance: Our renters’ insurance is provided through Rainy Day Insurance, you can click here to learn more about them. Rainy Day is available in the following states:
  • Alabama, Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Wisconsin, Oklahoma, Missouri 

• Movers: Our moving partner is Bellhop Movers, you can learn more about them by clicking here. They are available in the following markets:
  • Atlanta, Kansas City, Charlotte, Raleigh, Dallas, Ft Worth, Houston, San Antonio, Austin

• Home Security: Our home security partner is Vivint, you can learn more about them by clicking here. 
  • They are available in all markets. 

• AVA Marketplace: The AVA marketplace is available to all residents after they set up 2 or more services with us. The marketplace has tons of vendors from furniture companies to dog walkers. You can learn more about this by clicking here.

• Media: The AVA marketplace will continue offering media the same as before. ACC properties will only see AT&T products and Non-ACC properties will see all media products that are available at their property.
