Additionally, on the home page, you can see categories of information that you can browse through and see what is available.

The longer we use the AVA help desk the more helpful AVA will become. This will happen by you telling us what information to add, and letting us know what articles are helpful or not (you can rate and comment on each article at the bottom of the page). Finally, if you have a best practice you think we should share with the team, send that over as well and we can create an article teaching the team how to use your method.
