AVA Collateral 101

The Move-In Flyer vs Move-In Two Pocket Folder

The move-in flyer is what we want every resident to get at every property, whether in print or digital. This piece of collateral has a QR code that will drive the resident to shop online, or they can call the phone number to get in touch with the correct vendor for their needs. IF you are putting out vendor collateral, always pair it with an AVA move-in flyer to ensure every resident knows we can meet all of their move-in needs.

Two-Pocket Folder for Resident Connections

The two-pocket folder is a higher-priced item that should be used for partner properties or when rolling out new opportunity properties. Your partner property can use this folder to hold the AVA move-in flyers for easy access for the staff and for you when refilling.

Another use case is for partner properties to give to new residents. However, due to the price point of the two pocket folders, we need to ensure we are getting a high number of resident connections from that partner property to justify the expense.

Vendor or Vendor Affiliate Collateral

With approval from the marketing department, you can use vendor or vendor-affiliate collateral. However, some rules do apply:

  1. It must have AVA contact information listed on the collateral ONLY.
  2. It cannot be co-branded. i.e. you cannot have an AT&T and AVA logo on the same piece of collateral unless you get permission from Stephen Riggs.
  3. You must always pair this collateral with AVA collateral at that property. We are AVA, not our vendor affiliate. It is important we maintain that identity.
