Did you know your residents are consistently being marketed to outside of just our Concierge team calls? One of the main ways we do this is through emails to your residents once they are entered into AVA as a lead. We use these emails to drive them to shop online or to call the concierge staff. This article will give you a complete understanding of the email marketing that is going to your residents.
Here is How It Works
Residents will receive up to 9 marketing emails depending on how early they are entered into the system. If they are entered into AVA 16+ days prior to their move-in, they will receive the entire sequence. Each email has a day range of when it will send, if the resident ever falls within those day ranges they will receive that email ONE time. (i.e. resident is entered 28 days prior to move in, they will get the 30-15 day email and all following that.)
Once a sale is made, the resident will be removed from the campaign and no longer get marketing emails.

What Does This Mean For You?
Results show that the earlier a lead is entered into our system, the higher the chance of closing the sale with that resident is. The reason for this is we are able to run our full outreach and marketing strategy which gives us a much higher chance of closing the deal. Quick move-ins are unavoidable at times, but the less of those we can have, the higher our closing % will be.
