What to Do when you get an existing
- Send the existing to the CCM via chatter to get previous tenant information
- Put the existing/previous tenant information into the notes
- On the move-out date of the previous tenant submit the WSC form
- If you have not heard back on your form 2 days prior to the move-in date, send Brittany a message in chatter so she knows it needs to be worked
It is important to always keep very good notes within the opportunity.
Daily Process for Brittany
- She will start working on existing (manual) orders by going into Salesforce and looking at the “All Existings” filter.
- She will begin working on the nearest move-in dates with the goal of clearing all for the upcoming day. (if the upcoming day is fully cleared she will move to the next nearest move-in date)
- Once she starts working on an existing she will use chatter to tell the opportunity owner that she has started working on clearing the manual order.
- Once she gets it cleared, she will notify the rep via chatter and check the box that says “Manual Order Cleared” so we can track how many she is successfully clearing.
