Event Order Form

1. Access the Event Order Form through google drive link
2. Fill out the form with the type of event (lunch and learn, pool party, resident event)
3. Stephen Thomas will sign off on the event and add necessary budget needed to your company card.
4. The event order forms will be funded weekly on Monday so making requests 1 week in advance is required
