Well here is a guide for how you can easily manage your list of properties in your Salesforce account.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How To Add A Prospecting Property.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click Create New Property<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fill out the required fields<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Most Important, set the property status as \u201cProspecting\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How to See Your Prospecting Properties<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to the properties tab in Salesforce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the dropdown called \u201cProspecting Accounts\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How We Manage Prospecting Properties in the System<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Each week we scrub through all prospecting properties in the system<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If a prospecting property has a Resident Connection or a Sales we move that property status to Active<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If a prospecting has 0 Rendezvous, Residenct Connections, or Sales for 60 days we move that property to Archive.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How to Have a Prospecting Property Removed<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Send Cadence an email or DM in Google Chat which property you need removed and he will take care of it within 24 hours.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Working to grow your portfolio through prospecting?
