Below are the email templates you will send after touchpoints with your opportunity and partner properties. You are expected to send three types of emails: a post-prospecting email, after onboarding a new teammate, and after each rendezvous. Read below to get the details of each. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Post rendezvous Email<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This email is to be sent after each rendezvous to whomever you spoke with. You can add any context from the rendezvous <\/em>and reminders to add any Resident Connections you did not get while on the rendezvous. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thanks for your time today and for trusting AVA with your Resident Connections. {Insert connection statement if you have one i.e. something unique you talked about, a common connection you have, etc.}\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Post-Prospecting rendezvous<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

After your first prospecting rendezvous with an opportunity, you will use the following email template. The goal here is to schedule an AVA demo with whoever the decision maker is. The link will allow them to pick a time on your calendar and this demo can be done over a video call or in person. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

How To Make these emails templates & Save time<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
