How to access your property pins<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Launch Salesforce Maps app on iPad<\/li>
  2. Confirm use of current location<\/li>
  3. Select \u201cLayers\u201d tab<\/li>
  4. Select \u201cSaved\u201d window<\/li>
  5. Select \u201cCorporate\u201d folder<\/li>
  6. Select appropriate folder based on VP and Region then select your name<\/li>
  7. Select \u201cMap\u201d tab
    • Only properties within the viewing window will appear<\/li>
    • Zoom out and hit the blue pin refresh button at the bottom of the screen to load all properties<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      How to set properties to plot on app launch<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. After selecting your properties, select \u201cOn The Map\u201d window<\/li>
      2. Select your name<\/li>
      3. Toggle \u201cPlot on App Startup\u201d on<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        How to plot a route<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Select \u201cRoutes\u201d tab<\/li>
        2. Select a route to complete for the day
          • Routes are displayed a month at a time with the day of the route you selected for the given route displayed to the right in blue<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
          • Return to \u201cMap\u201d tab to see route<\/li>
          • Hit pin refresh button to ensure proper loading of property pins
            • You will need to load your properties onto the maps if you have not already done this<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              How to check into a property<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

              1. After completing a visit, select property pin of the property you just visited<\/li>
              2. Select \u201cCheck In\u201d on the blue ribbon<\/li>
              3. Complete all appropriate fields within the form<\/li>
              4. Select blue \u201cFinish\u201d button at the bottom of the screen<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                How to locate previous referrals and visit notes for a property<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                1. Select the appropriate property pin<\/li>
                2. Select \u201cMore\u201d button below the blue ribbon<\/li>
                3. Select \u201cRelated List\u201d from list
                  • You will be able to see the last five visits and the last ten opportunities in descending order with the most recent first<\/li>
                  • You can view previous visit notes by selecting the Check In, this will navigate you to the Salesforce app to view the notes<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
