How to access Salesforce Maps<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Navigate to login.saleforce.com and login<\/li>
  2. Select the App Launcher (9 dot button at the top lefthand corner)<\/li>
  3. Search \u201cMaps\u201d in search bar<\/li>
  4. Select Salesforce Maps app<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    How to access your properties pins<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Select \u201cMaps\u201d tab at the top of the page<\/li>
    2. Select \u201cLayers\u201d tab (on blue ribbon)<\/li>
    3. Select \u201cSaved\u201d window (below the search bar)<\/li>
    4. Select \u201cCorporate\u201d folder<\/li>
    5. Select appropriate folder based on VP and Region then select your name<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      How to use routing tool <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. After accessing pins to your properties, select polygon tool (right side on blue ribbon)
        • Note: You can use the polygon, circle, or rectangle tool. They all work the same way.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
        • Click once to create a starting point for the polygon, click every time you want to create a corner, and click the start of the polygon to complete (all the properties within the boundary will be selected)<\/li>
        • Select anywhere within the polygon to activate the pop-up<\/li>
        • Select the \u201cActions\u201d tab<\/li>
        • Select \u201cAdd to Route\u201d button under \u201cMass Actions\u201d<\/li>
        • Select \u201cAdd a Stop\u201d at the bottom of the window<\/li>
        • Add your home address, or address of where you will start the route<\/li>
        • Hover mouse over your starting address, select the three dots to the right, then select \u201cLock to Start\u201d<\/li>
        • Repeat step 7 for your ending destination, hover mouse over your ending address, select the three dots to the right, then select \u201cLock to End\u201d<\/li>
        • Select \u201cOptimize\u201d button<\/li>
        • Once route has optimized name the route, selcet save button, then select the day you want to perform the route<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          How to duplicate previous route<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. In Salesforce Maps \u201cMaps\u201d tab select \u201cRoutes\u201d (left side on blue ribbon)<\/li>
          2. Select the route you want to duplicate<\/li>
          3. Select dropdown next to the save button, select \u201cSave As\u201d, then select the day you want to perform the route<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
